Intellectual Property

-My artwork may not be edited, copied, traced, or heavily referenced by anyone. Nor do I approve of any of my work being used in AI generation, this includes all of my work, regardless of the work being personal art, or commissions.
-Individuals who are found to do the above, will be denied service in the future.
-My artwork remains my own property, and I retain the full rights to it.
-Unless stated in private conversations that the artwork is a gift, or should not be shown publicly I have the right to post the artwork with it's full processes (ie screen recording) on my social media, and use for online portfolios or examples.

Payment

-All payments will be made in USD (US Dollars) via Paypal
-I will send you an invoice on Paypal via the email provided in the Commission Form. Be sure to give me the correct email or I will withhold the artwork until proper payment can be made.
-Work on the commission will begin once I have received full payment upfront. For custom designs, I will only send the rights and files over once I receive the full payment. Payment Plans can be discussed via email.
-I reserve the right to refuse services for any reason.

Communication

-All communication will be done via email ([email protected])
-Any additional reference images or text can be sent over email.
-Watermarked images in 72 DPI will be sent via email for approval and adjustments. However I will only send them in stages where changes can be made easily such as the rough sketch stage or early coloring stage.
-Be mindful of timezone differences, I will respond as soon as I am able to.

Will/Won't Do

-Ocs and fanart
-props (weapons, objects, accessories etc)
-Character interactions
-Armor and Mechs (limitations can be discussed)
-Simple and Complex Backgrounds (limitations can be discussed)
-Violence and gore (limitations can be discussed)
-Light NSFW
-Artistic Nudity
-Furry and animalsWON'T DO
-Anything political or offensive
-Realism or drawing in another person's art style
-Anything overly complex or if I feel that I am unable to do what is asked.

Commissioned Work

When you commission me you automatically agree to the following:
-I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
-Commission work will only begin once I receive full payment via Paypal.
-I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and will provide a full refund.*
-Commissioners may not request a refund once a commission is started or finished.*
-For colored and larger commissioned artwork, I will provide in progress shots for approval or changes, however extreme changes may incur an extra fee.
-Once I reach the final in progress shot however, changes can no longer be made to it.
-I expect some flexibility to use my artistic judgement, and may make minor color and tonal changes to the overall image. This may lead to some markings and hues deviating from the original design or variation in brush choice.
-Due to schedule fluctuations, commissioned work may take anywhere from 7-30 days. I will notify commissioners of any further delay. Deadlines can be negotiated, but may incur an additional charge. In the event of a serious personal issues I may choose to refund a commission.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

When you commission me, you automatically agree to the following:
-I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
-I am selective with custom designs as I want to make sure that I am able to do the designs justice.
-Work on custom designs will only begin once full payment has been received.
-I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and will provide a full refund.*
-Commissioners may not request a refund once a custom design has been started or finished.*
-I will provide progress shots in the sketch, line art and coloring stages for further discussion and changes. Once that stage has been approved, any heavy modifications to that stage will have an additional fee.
IE: Changes to the line art stage after approval was given will incur an additional fee.
-For custom designs, depending on what they will be used for (IE: a Vtuber design/2D model) they can take me anywhere from 2 weeks to a month to complete and I will be in contact with the commissioner if there are any delays.

REFUNDS *

-Refunds are not available for commissioned artwork once work has begun. However I am fully aware that life happens and am willing to discuss any emergency situations.
-I may, at any time choose to cancel a commission or custom, in this case I will give a full refund.
-Refunds are not available for fully paid custom, after the rights have been transferred to the buyer.
Backing out of custom designs payment plans:
- Refunds may be requested for partially paid designs, in case of emergency or justified reasons. If the refund is approved then I will keep the designs to be used for other purposes IE: an example on my portfolio.
Please Note:
-Breaching a payment plan for an unjustified cause is a breach of my terms of service.
If reason for backing out is deemed unjustified IE: impulse buy, unresponsive to messages past 2 weeks, then I will not give a refund in these cases.
